Geektool is my new bestest friend for the Mac. I currently have it showing me my systems log and the radar image for the area. I finally got pushed into using it by a co-worker/friend, who’s a completely awesome dude.
Why is he an awesome dude? A number of reasons. First, and probably the biggest reason, is because I took him a little crappy sketch of something that I wanted. He took about 30 minutes to do it, I was expecting a few days. He’s an ex-genius bar worker (those of you who own macs know what this is) and I’ve been taxing his brain for darn near anything that stumps me.
In any case, the image that I wanted done is now the mascot for my business, which I’ve finally opened on Etsy. All he wants is some metalwork done in exchange. I
Since I’m now dedicating most of my free time to the business, I have no time left for silliness of people who don’t want to make something MORE of their life. So, it is with a joyous “(F)uck o(f)(f)” I bid (F)arewell, to the (F)ucktards at the (F)orum I (F)requented. I’ll miss maybe 3 people there, but they have my IM. ;)
