Finally, work is starting to look up. They approved money for the new trouble ticketing system, bought it, and have finally brought in what appear to be competent consultants to implement the damn thing.
I get to meet with them and do a brain dump of all the things we do with the current iteration of the CRM. But most of that is only in my head or outdated documents.
The company is even migrating the 401k that we have, AND is throwing more money in for matching, so things are looking up on many fronts.
