You are not my friend. You are a car salesman trying to make a sale. One who, in my mind, epitomizes the cliche of bad salesman. Perhaps this is a result of the management, but I don’t know or care enough to delve into that further. Don’t be quite so eager in making the sale, and be more upfront with costs; I only need to pull out my cell phone and type in a few things to find what you won’t tell me.  Also, when my husband keeps deferring to me about technical aspects, you should get the clue, and address them to me. After bringing this particular fact to your attention you apologized, but still reverted back to the same behavior shortly thereafter.

My experience was so bad with you that if I do decide to buy a Honda, I will be sure to take my business elsewhere. Please do not contact me again.
