work is shaping up nicely. being low man on the totem pole means that I don’t have to actually know much, but have plenty of time to learn.
things on my list to learn:
- don’t leave my usb key at home when I still need it for things like…. passwords. ugh.
- the proper turn to work is AFTER the one roundabout. taking the roundabout will get you nowheres, and late.
- there has to be an easier way to get the ssh keys on the machines. seriously. there’s too many machines to keep track of separate passwords, and maybe a script to get my ass onto each one… geek talk, yadda yadda
- checkout, edit, commit. not edit, checkout, pull hair, forget what I was doing.
oh…. and I made the leap to mac. sexy. hawt. The packaging got humped on the way home from the store. Oh yeah.
