if you’ve ever tried to find the caloric count for food at more “upscale” chain restaurants…. don’t. It’s freaking depressing. On average, if you’re trying to lose weight, you should eat a THIRD of whatever they serve you. Craziness.

getting in shape

After glaring at the scale for too long now, I’m going to be making more of an effort towards getting back into shape. It started with taking the dog for walks (we have a backyard that she runs around in and gets plenty of exercise) around the block, then down the road, then walking faster.
